We are looking for a Junior IT Help desk Technician to join our global team.
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support for software, hardware, and network issues.
* Oversee IT systems and business applications, ensuring performance and security.
* Execute IT procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees.
* Manage on-site networking tasks (VLAN, Wi-Fi, firewall maintenance).
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, with a focus on root cause analysis.
* Maintain system documentation and IT asset inventory.
* Participate in on-call rotations for global support, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a tech company -must.
* High level of English proficiency (both verbal and written)- must.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting OS issues (Windows, macOS, Android, IOS).
* Knowledge of network protocols (IP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP).
* Experience with cloud environments and SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Jamf Pro).
* Office network maintenance experience (switches, access points, firewall Fortinet preferred).
* Cybersecurity awareness (MFA, security threats, and preventive measures).
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
* Service-oriented mindset, with excellent team collaboration skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
