The Signal Acquisition, Modeling, Processing, and Learning (SAMPL) Lab at the Weizmann Institute of Science (WIS) is seeking a talented and experienced lab manager to lead and support cutting-edge technology research projects in signal processing, communications, radar, data acquisition, and medical imaging.
About the Role:
This role requires both technical proficiency and practical experience in designing and implementing real-world applications for sensing technologies. The manager will be actively involved in planning, designing and building demo structures for sensing technologies, contributing directly to our medical and industrial projects.

Requirements: BSc in Electrical Engineering- must!
Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science ; Ph.D. degree is an advantage.
Expert in sensing systems, with over 5 years of experience in signal processing, communication systems, and RF hardware, approach to medical diagnostics is an advantage.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Real-Time Embedded software and hardware development.
Over 3 years of managerial experience.
Experience in creating publications, conference presentations, and technical videos.
Significant lab management experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: C, C ++, microcontrollers, FPGA, communication, radar, and TEST equipment is advantageous.
Experience in designing and building end-to-end firmware and hardware prototypes is beneficial.
Proficient in English, both oral and written
