The Product Data team at Lightricks is the engine behind our product experience. Through understanding user behavior, we can analyze their content creation journey and leverage this data to continuously enhance our tools and services. The team transforms abstract questions into quantifiable metrics and back into a story to make data driven decisions. Using statistical tools and deep analysis methods we are able to find some treasures and needle-moving insights within our data.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid of diving into new areas and challenges, thinks outside the box, and knows how to take a business challenge and transform it into data points and vice versa.
What you will be doing
Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making processes and product roadmap prioritization.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data generated by the product to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, align on objectives, and identify opportunities for feature improvements and new feature development based on data analysis.
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on key product metrics and user behavior, and effectively communicate the test results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and integrity of data required for analysis, optimize data pipelines and storage, and champion data governance and best practices.
Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Requirements: Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or other technical disciplines.
4+ years of proven experience in the field of data, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Skilled in SQL programming and familiar with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis, using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights in the ever-evolving AI landscape
Experience in A/B testing, experimental design, and driving data-driven decisions, along with a proven record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.
Experience working in B2B companies - Advantage
