were looking to strengthen our design leadership and execution capabilities with a Brand Designer with UI/UX experience to join our noise-making Product team.
You will:
Own and execute brand-led design across marketing and digital touch points, including campaigns, websites, landing pages, social, events, newsletters, and sales assets
Design and evolve UI/UX for marketing surfaces such as websites and landing pages, ensuring clarity, usability, and strong conversion
Create assets and collateral for internal teams, enabling multiple functions while maintaining brand consistency and design quality
Collaborate closely with content, marketing, product, and web teams to translate strategy and messaging into strong visual experiences
Support creative exploration and ideation, including selective use of AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g. rapid visual iteration, generative imagery, layout exploration) where they add real value
Gather, interpret, and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine and elevate design outputs

What Youll Do.
Uplift and maintain our digital brand expression
Youll help bring the brand to life through layout, typography, imagery, motion, and interaction - ensuring digital work feels cohesive,
intentional, and unmistakably.
Design production-ready digital experiences and support developer handoff
Youll design web pages, landing pages, and digital assets from concept through final delivery
Create and evolve digital and brand assets
Youll design across a range of surfaces including the website, landing pages, campaigns, banners, emails, and supporting digital materials, adapting brand principles to different needs and formats.
Work within and help maintain digital and brand systems
Youll use existing design and brand systems, contribute improvements when needed, and help maintain consistency across teams and touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional partners
Youll work with Brand, Marketing, Content, Product, and Development to understand goals, align on direction, and translate ideas into strong visual solutions.

orchestrate typography, layout, imagery, and visual systems into cohesive results
combine llms, text-to-image, and other generative tools into structured creation flows
