This is a crucial role on a small, senior team. You own your work end to end: UX & UI in one person. No one handing you specs, no layers between you and the product or engineering. Own a core product area: Take full design ownership of a significant surface, from discovery through shipped experience and beyond launch, working directly with product and engineering.
Build the agentic design toolchain: Create and maintain the skills, agents and commands the design team uses day to day, covering the path from ticket to reviewable prototype.
