Were looking for a creative, strategic Creative Director to define and lead the visual foundation of LTX from end to end. This role focuses on building a clear, scalable visual language for the company and ensuring it is consistently reflected across product, brand, research, and storytelling.
Youll operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with product, research, engineering, marketing, and leadership. A key responsibility is shaping the visual identity of the LTX-2 model, how it is experienced and represented across developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design craft with systems thinking and technical curiosity - someone who can turn complex AI concepts into a clear, cohesive, and inspiring visual identity that evolves with the company.
What you will be doing
Define and scale LTXs visual language, including brand principles, design systems, and guidelines across teams and products
Own and evolve the visual identity of LTX-2 across product interfaces, demos, documentation, partnerships, and storytelling
Lead creative direction across product, brand, research communication, and marketing, ensuring clarity and consistency
Collaborate closely with product, research, engineering, and marketing to embed visual thinking into how the company operates
Translate complex AI technologies into compelling and accessible visual narratives
Stay hands-on: design, prototype, and refine key assets while setting a high standard for execution
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, while enabling non-design teams through clear frameworks and guidelines
Partner with leadership to align visual identity with long-term strategy, positioning, and growth
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in design, including leadership roles shaping visual identity across digital products or tech-driven companies
Strong systems thinking, with experience building scalable design systems and visual frameworks across organizations
Deep hands-on design expertise - you lead through craft, not only direction
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing diverse teams (product, engineering, research, marketing, leadership)
Proven ability to manage and scale design operations (processes, workflows, standards) without compromising quality
Technical curiosity and fluency, with interest in AI, creative tools, and emerging technologies
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging visual systems
Familiarity with generative AI and modern design/production tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision
