A leading global beauty and haircare brand is looking for a highly detail-oriented English Proofreader system Support professional to join its Marketing team.
This role combines hands-on English proofreading and editing with packaging review, artwork approvals, and ongoing data support.
What will you do?
Proofread and edit English copy for product packaging, labels, digital proofs, and artwork.
Review product descriptions, usage instructions, ingredient lists, UPCs, and other packaging elements.
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Review translations against English source materials and coordinate approvals when needed.
Edit and annotate Word and PDF files throughout artwork and revision rounds.
Maintain and update departmental data in the ERP system.
Requirements: Native-level English - mandatory.
At least 2 years of professional proofreading, text editing, or copy-editing experience - mandatory.
Previous experience in an in-house brand or advertising/creative agency - preferred.
Experience working with packaging, labels, artwork, or product-related content - a strong advantage.
Excellent English spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
