A leading, stable medical imaging company in the Shephelah district is seeking an experienced, motivated Product Manager to join our R D team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product roadmap, development plans, milestones, priorities, and timelines, ensuring successful execution against schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional core teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, requirements definition and planning, development, verification and validation, regulatory submissions, transfer to production, and product launch.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering - M.Sc. is an advantage
3-5+ years of proven experience in product management or product ownership within the medical device industry.
Previous experience in a medical device company is mandatory.
Proven project management experience in capital equipment companies, including managing complex, cross-functional development activities, schedules, milestones, and priorities.
Familiarity with relevant medical device standards and regulatory requirements
Fluent, advanced-level English - mandatory.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while effectively integrating into a multidisciplinary team.
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities and drive projects toward successful outcomes.
