The role:
Lead and drive testing initiatives across multiple projects
Collaborate closely with development teams to establish comprehensive testing strategies and quality standards
Take technical ownership of complex testing scenarios for multidisciplinary products (hardware, software, algorithms)
Design and oversee execution of advanced TEST plans covering software requirements and system integration
Analyze testing results, identify patterns, and drive resolution of critical issues with development teams
Spearhead post-release analysis and continuous improvement of testing processes
Requirements: B.A. in Medical Engineering or equivalent or ISTQB Certified- A must.
At least 5 years of experience as a software QA technical leadership A must.
Demonstrated experience in leading testing projects and driving quality initiatives A must.
Advanced expertise in writing comprehensive TEST documentation ( STD / STP / STR) A must. Experienced with bug tracking systems (preferred JIRA) A must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges
Proven track record of working effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders
Self-motivated leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in working in a medical or simulator or gaming company - an advantage.
