* Lead a team of software engineers in designing and implementing Smart Energy management solutions that connect smart devices using advanced and emerging protocols, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional performance, robust security, and seamless scalability..
* Work closely with system Engineers and Software Architects to ensure robust architecture and alignment with the teams roadmap.
* Actively participate in coding, review team contributions, and enforce best practices for quality and maintainability.
* Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to accelerate code development and improve code quality.
* Oversee development across many Embedded Linux platforms, while guiding and mentoring team members to achieve technical excellence.

Requirements: * BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams
* 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with C ++
* Strong proficiency in C programming language
* Experience with Go - advantage
* Experience with Python - advantage
* Proven experience in building complex, high-performance systems and applications.
* Proven ability to lead technical projects and coordinate tasks across a team of developers
* Proficiency in using modern development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Docker)
