our companys Israel Product Quality team. The team is responsible for the Quality Assurance of multiple SaaS products (CRM, Commerce, Data Automation) in a highly innovative, technical, and empowering work environment.
Our products are in use by millions of users worldwide, delivering smart and intuitive experiences that put the user at the center.
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering and gap analysis.
Writing high-level and detailed specification documents.
Responsibility for translating customer demands to actionable feedback for R&D while tracking overall quality, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborating with product owners, project managers, and R&D teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions to improve our company global business efficiency and productivity.
Improve business models and business data flows.
Translate internal user and business needs and demands into the right solutions.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Information Systems major).
Familiarity with CRM, WMS and Workflow Automation systems.
Excellent analytical skills, combined with a broad and comprehensive business vision.
Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret product behavioural data to grow the business.
Readiness to work in a high-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven story-telling skills.
Quick-thinking, fast learner and problem solver.
Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently.
Master abilities in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent English communication skills spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and a very proactive approach.
Experience with SQL and other database solutions.
