Were looking for a Community Manager to take a key role in shaping one of the most valuable assets at our company, our community.
This is not a traditional community role. Youll take an already highly engaged audience and turn it into a structured, scalable, and impactful ecosystem that builds strong connections and drives meaningful results.
In this role, youll own our community strategy end-to-end, build meaningful relationships, drive engagement, and use community insights to improve product experiences.
Your main focus will be on highlighting and nurturing the company community, with a focus on our company Team, our core group of highly engaged users, creators, and future brand advocates.
What Youll Do
* Build and lead an engaged, actively connected community across platforms, structuring existing channels into a thriving ecosystem and maintaining meaningful daily interactions that spark real conversations between members
* Strengthen trust, belonging, and emotional connection within the community
* Identify, engage, and empower key members and community leaders
* Actively listen to community conversations to identify needs, pain points, and emerging trends
* Turn community insights into actionable recommendations that improve products, marketing, and overall community experience
* Act as the voice of the community within the company, working cross-functionally to drive impact
* Initiate and lead activities, conversations, and programs that increase participation and engagement, and the overall value members get from the community
* Support community members in their development into our company Teams Affiliate programs
* Manage feedback, complaints, and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism, maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Requirements: * Proven experience in building, scaling, and managing digital communities, with measurable results in engagement, retention, and growth
* Experience designing and executing community strategies across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, apps, or web communities)
* Strong understanding of engagement metrics, analytics, and the ability to turn community insights into action plans
* Experience in activating and empowering core members or ambassadors, driving participation and advocacy
* Strategic thinker with a can do approach, able to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day hands-on execution
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex or sensitive conversations
* Deep understanding of the Israeli consumers purchase behavior as a digital shopper, with a passion for building community and inspiring belonging
* Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or brand ambassadors
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, AI content tools, or social listening platforms
