Role
In this dynamic role, you will:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities where data science can drive meaningful impact.
Design, develop, and deploy models that optimize user experiences and business performance, especially in the context of personalization and recommendation systems.
Leverage LLMs and generative AI to conceptualize and prototype cutting-edge solutions in personalization and customer engagement.
Transform business problems into data science projects, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with product goals.
Present findings, strategic insights, and innovative ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Promote a culture of innovation, sharing new technologies, tools, and methodologies with the broader team.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance across various production environments.
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role should:
Be fluent in machine learning and statistical modeling, with strong applied experience in real-world systems.
Demonstrate practical expertise in Python, SQL, and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Be experienced in using or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and working with generative AI tools.
Be skilled at framing complex problems into data science solutions and communicating them effectively across the organization.
Be energized by collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
Bonus points if you:
Have worked in personalization, recommender systems, or behavioral analytics.
Are familiar with deploying models in production and integrating with modern MLOps pipelines.
