Join as an experienced Affiliate Account Manager and play a crucial role in supporting an Affiliates Team in the iGaming industry. You will act as the key link between partners and campaign success, building strong relationships, supporting Affiliate activities, and driving performance optimization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and activate new affiliates and partners, managing the relationship from onboarding through ongoing collaboration
Support onboarding processes and ensure continuous Affiliate engagement
Manage Affiliate communications and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and improve performance
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Account Manager - mandatory
Proven experience within the iGaming industry - mandatory
Strong knowledge of Affiliate models such as CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
Ability to manage multiple partners in a fast-paced environment
