Support our design team in creating high-quality UI designs based on existing design systems
Translate design concepts into developer-ready UI specifications and documentation

Rapidly sketch and iterate design ideas to explore and validate design solutions
Work closely with designers, developers, architects and product managers in an agile environment
Contribute to improving usability and visual clarity of SAP touchpoints through design

As a Senior UX Designer in the SAP Build Product Suite team, you will

Discover and Design User-Centric Experiences: Own and drive your design work end-to-end, including discovery, wireframing, and rapid iterations of user interfaces. Ensure that they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Embody a Leadership Mindset: Demonstrate strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to inspire and guide peers by taking initiative, providing constructive feedback, and influencing design decisions across the team.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Actively partner with user assistance writers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders as one empowered product team, exchanging feedback on interaction design, content, visual aesthetics, usability and technical feasibility.
Collect and Analyse User Data: Engage with users to gather feedback, perform usability testing, and analyse behavioural data to identify issues and iteratively refine your designs.
Manage Design Debt: Regularly audit and review the product, take ownership of design inconsistencies and accessibility, and proactively address and solve deviations to ensure evolving product standards remain high.
Champion Best Practices and Influence Strategy: Proactively implement and advocate for design standards and best practices across the product. Partner with our researchers and bring strategic insights to discussions that shape the product vision and roadmap.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our B2B platform. In this role, youll join the Measurement group, working as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, and other designers.

Youll take full ownership of the design process - from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions. Youll also play a key role in building feedback loops that help the product evolve and deliver meaningful impact.

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy, and working closely with Engineering to deliver winning products with great user experience that customers love. It also includes working with customers, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
As a Senior Product Manager you will
Own the full cycle of product development including ideation, competitive analysis, client validation, discovery with R&D, spec writing, launching and monitoring.
Understand customer needs and gather product requirements, identify market opportunities, and define product vision and strategy.
Work closely with multiple teams within the company to deliver a high-quality B2D product on schedule, including Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering.
Master the product and lead the requirements through the full lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch.
Build positive relationships and trust through strong cross-team interactions, and get buy-in for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage and interviews, market research, and usage/adoption metrics.
