looking for a Motion Designer to support Marketing & Brand team with a strong focus on product storytelling. This role will own motion and video execution for product launches, demos, product tours, overview videos, and website motion, while also supporting video requests across marketing, growth, product marketing, and internal teams.

This is an 80% position based in Israel, designed to work closely with our Product, Product Design, and Product Marketing teams, enabling faster collaboration, deeper product understanding, and tighter alignment on launches and demos.

Youll report into Marketing & Creative leadership and collaborate daily with Product, PMM, Content, Growth, Web, and Social teams. While motion and video are the core focus, you may occasionally provide light design support to help the team move faster and stay cohesive.

Responsibilities

Own product, demo, and launch motion

Create high-quality product videos, demos, product tours, launch videos, and overview videos.
Support product launches with motion assets across website, ads, email, social, and sales enablement.
Partner closely with Product and PMM to translate features and messaging into clear visual narratives.
Own projects end-to-end, from brief through final delivery, with strong attention to detail and storytelling.
Support cross-functional video & motion needs

Produce motion and video assets for paid ads, organic social, website micro-animations, presentations, and internal content.
Balance multiple requests while prioritizing high-impact and launch-critical work.
Provide light static design or layout support when needed to unblock delivery.
Create engaging motion for website, ads & social

Design motion assets optimized for platform performance and best practices.
Create multiple variations (hooks, cuts, formats, aspect ratios) for testing and iteration.
Edit video content with strong pacing, clarity, and platform-native storytelling.
Maintain and evolve motion standards

Maintain consistency in motion style, pacing, and quality across all assets.
Help formalize motion guidelines, video templates, and reusable components.
Build scalable systems for intros, transitions, lower thirds, and product callouts.
Ensure all motion aligns with broader brand system.
Optimize workflows and scalability

Deliver assets optimized for specs, formats, file sizes, and accessibility basics.
Maintain organized project files and an accessible video asset library.
Apply feedback and performance learnings to improve future work.
Use AI tools (Runway, After Effects tools, ChatGPT, etc.) to support speed, ideation, and efficiency.
