As a Staff Analog Design Engineer, you will design and integrate analog sub-systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the analog front-end (AFE) communicates with the digital signal processor (DSP), the package and silicon are a single electrical entity. Your work will bridge the analog and digital worlds to enable industry-leading performance.
The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all our services (Search, YouTube, etc.).

Responsibilities
Own the architecture and implementation of a major sub-component, such as the entire receiver AFE or the clocking/phase-locked loop (PLL) distribution network.
Design the critical suspension system (e.g., equalization/continuous-time linear equalizer (CTLE), analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that allows the digital core to function perfectly despite a noisy, high-loss channel.
Lead the definition and design of test chips to prove out novel topologies and circuit techniques in next-generation gate-all-around (GAA) nodes.
Work with DSP, firmware, and system architects to define hardware/software partitioning and interface specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for turning communication theory into efficient, bit-exact silicon logic. You will take high-level models and transform them into the high-speed DSP blocks that anchor our next-gen architecture.
Responsibilities
Design and implement DSP algorithms for high-speed PHYs, focusing on feed-forward equalization (FFE)/decision feedback equalization (DFE) and timing recovery loops.
Perform fixed-point analysis to minimize bit-width (area/power) while maintaining the required signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Develop bit-exact C++/SystemC models to verify register-transfer level (RTL) against architectural intent.

As the architect for high-speed data paths, you will define the roadmap for scaling interconnect speeds. You will evaluate and select key technologies such as Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), advanced modulation formats, and new Forward Error Correction (FEC) methods to support future Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing clusters.
Responsibilities
Identify the "limits of physics" for current Digital Signal Processing (DSP) architectures and pivot the team toward next-generation solutions, such as Machine Learning (ML)-based equalization or Optical-specific DSP.
Define the requirements for DSP test chips to validate new architectures in advanced nodes before they hit production.
Drive the long-term power-reduction roadmap, ensuring our interconnects do not become the thermal bottleneck.
Represent us in the Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards, ensuring our hyperscale requirements for latency and power are reflected in global specifications.

We are looking for a Software Engineer for Compute Code Optimization to join the development of the next phase of a Software Defined Radar. Involves embedded code, ultra high speed real-time host application, and implementing MATLAB algorithms in DSP environment.

Build and optimize software modules that implement complex algorithms in real-time on embedded/DSP environment, with memory and bandwidth constraints
Work closely with algorithms teams to convert complex MATLAB code to efficient multi-processor real-time environment.

We are looking for a Real-Time DSP Software Engineer to join the development of the next phase of a Software Defined Radar. Involves embedded code, ultra high speed real-time host application, and implementing MATLAB algorithms in multi-core embedded environment.

Plan memory arrangement, data transfers and pipelining of computation, to maximize DSP utilization.
