We are looking for a Mobile Infrastructure Team Lead to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of our mobile platform foundations.
This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and developer experience. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our mobile infrastructure while leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android)
Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture
Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure to support development and deployment
Lead implementations across key areas such as state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization
Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, driving automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure fast and stable releases
Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&D

Were looking for a Senior React Native Developer to take a leading role in building and scaling our mobile experience. Youll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, stable, and high-performing user experiences. This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to shape our mobile architecture and development practices.

If you have backend experience (especially with Node.js and Typescript), thats a huge plus - were looking for developers who think holistically and can work across the stack when needed.
