Job Type: Full Time
Required PhD Multimodality Researcher
Own the design, pretraining, and post-training of our multimodal foundation model for graphic design on multi-node GPU clusters.
About the role:
Graphic design is one of the last frontiers of multimodal AI that no single model has cracked end to end. It demands perception (what elements are on this canvas?), grounding (what is their type, hierarchy, and geometry?), reasoning about a latent design system (fonts, spacing, color, intent), and structured generation (emit an editable file, not a picture). Today we solve this by orchestrating specialized detection, inpainting, and code-generation models. You will lead the research to collapse that pipeline into a single multimodal foundation model for graphic design, and take it from a whiteboard to a training run to production.
In this role you will:
Design the model architecture, data strategy, and training recipe for a multimodal model that maps images to editable, structured design representations.
Run large-scale pretraining and post-training on multi-node GPU clusters, owning distributed training, sharding, checkpointing, throughput, and stability across nodes.
Build the post-training stack: supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization (RLHF and DPO style), and reward modeling grounded in real designer feedback.
Define rigorous evals for perception, structure recovery, and editability, and hold the model to them.
Ship. Your research reaches designers through the product, and their usage becomes your next training signal.
Requirements:
You may be a good fit if you have:
A PhD in machine learning, computer vision, NLP, or a related field, or equivalent research experience with a track record of published or shipped work.
Deep, hands-on experience training large multimodal, vision-language, diffusion, or generative models from scratch.
Direct experience with multi-node, multi-GPU distributed training (for example FSDP, DeepSpeed, or Megatron) and the systems intuition to keep a large run healthy.
Strong software fundamentals in Python and PyTorch, and comfort living close to the metal when throughput demands it.
The pragmatism to care as much about the eval and the end user as about the loss curve.
Strong candidates may also have experience with
Object detection and UI or document understanding diffusion and inpainting structured and code generation with constrained decoding RLHF, DPO, or reward modeling data pipelines for web-scale image corpora inference optimization and quantization.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
Required Research Engineer, Multimodal Systems
Build the training and inference backbone behind our image-to-design foundation model. 5+ years of engineering experience required.
About the role:
Great research dies without great engineering. You will be the person who makes big training runs fast and reproducible, turns a promising checkpoint into a sub-60-second product experience, and builds the data and eval infrastructure that lets our researchers move quickly. You'll work across the whole stack, from distributed training jobs to the low-latency inference path our Figma plugin calls in real time.
In this role you will:
Own the training infrastructure: multi-node GPU orchestration, data loading at scale, checkpointing, experiment tracking, and profiling.
Build the inference pipeline that serves our models to designers with the latency and reliability the product demands.
Engineer the data flywheel: ingestion, labeling, dedup, and eval sets that turn real usage into training signal.
Partner with research to prototype quickly and harden what works into production.
Requirements:
You may be a good fit if you have
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including production ML or large-scale distributed systems.
Strong Python and PyTorch, and fluency with GPU training and serving.
Hands-on experience with distributed training and cloud GPU infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Ray, or similar).
A bias for shipping and an allergy to flaky pipelines. You make things fast, observable, and reproducible.
Nice to have:
CUDA or Triton kernels inference optimization (batching, KV-cache, quantization) vision or multimodal model experience building internal eval and data tooling from scratch.
This position is open to all candidates.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
Join our companys AI research group, a cross-functional team of ML engineers, researchers and security experts building the next generation of AI-powered security capabilities. Our mission is to leverage large language models to understand code, configuration, and human language at scale, and to turn this understanding into security AI capabilities which will drive our company AI future security solutions.
We foster a hands-on, research-driven culture where youll work with large-scale data, modern ML infrastructure, and a global product footprint that impacts over 100,000 organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Senior ML Research Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of large language models: from data definition and curation, through training and evaluation, to providing robust models that can be consumed by product and platform teams.
Own training and fine-tuning of LLMs / seq2seq models: Design and execute training pipelines for transformer-based models (encoder-decoder, decoder-only, retrievalaugmented, etc.), and fine-tune open-source LLMs on our company-specific data (security content, logs, incidents, customer interactions).
Apply advanced LLM training techniques such as instruction tuning, preference / contrastive learning, LoRA / PEFT, continual pre-training, and domain adaptation where appropriate.
Work deeply with data: define data strategies with product, research and domain experts; build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, de-duplicating and labeling large-scale text, code and semi-structured data; and design synthetic data generation and augmentation pipelines.
Build robust evaluation and experimentation frameworks: define offline metrics for LLM quality (task-specific accuracy, calibration, hallucination rate, safety, latency and cost); implement automated evaluation suites (benchmarks, regression tests, redteaming scenarios); and track model performance over time.
Scale training and inference: use distributed training frameworks (e.g. DeepSpeed, FSDP, tensor/pipeline parallelism) to efficiently train models on multi-GPU / multi-node clusters, and optimize inference performance and cost with techniques such as quantization, distillation and caching.
Collaborate closely with security researchers and data engineers to turn domain knowledge and threat intelligence into high-value training and evaluation data, and to expose your models through well-defined interfaces to downstream product and platform teams.
Requirements:
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on work in machine learning / deep learning, including 3+ years focused on NLP / language models.
Proven track record of training and fine-tuning transformer-based models (BERT-style, encoder-decoder, or LLMs), not just consuming hosted APIs.
Strong programming skills in Python and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch preferred; TensorFlow).
Solid understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, tokenization, positional encodings, and modern training techniques.
Experience building data pipelines and tools for large-scale text / log / code processing (e.g. Spark, Beam, Dask, or equivalent frameworks).
Practical experience with ML infrastructure, such as experiment tracking (Weights & Biases, MLflow or similar), job orchestration (Airflow, Argo, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.), and distributed training on multi-GPU systems.
Strong software engineering practices: version control, code review, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
Ability to own research and engineering projects end-to-end: from idea, through prototype and controlled experiments, to models ready for integration by product and platform teams.
Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-ML stakeholders (security experts, product managers, engineers).
This position is open to all candidates.
