Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc. with 3 plus years of industry experience.
Hands-on experience and working knowledge of wireless systems and protocols such as LTE/NR/WiFi/Bluetooth.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues during design, development and maintenance phases.
Strong embedded SW fundamentals, including knowledge of design and development-flows, real-time constraints, concurrency, multi-processor systems, caching and virtual memory.
Deep understanding of data structures, object-oriented design, and system architecture in an embedded environment.
Strong software engineering skills including design, development (using C, C++), scripting (Python), and debugging.
Familiarity with low-level hardware interfaces, register and interrupt programming, bare-metal software development, clock and power management.
Experience with configuration (GIT, Perforce) and release management, continuous integration, unit and regression testing.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of design strategies for maintainability, scalability, and code reuse.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
* B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in Real-Time Embedded systems firmware development using C / C ++.
* Hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting on Embedded micro-controllers and processors.
* Experience with firmware debugging tools such as JTAG and logic analyzers.

* Experience with Embedded peripheries drivers (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, Timers, DMA).

Requirements:
Responsibilities
* Design and develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ on ARM-based platforms (STM32, Xilinx Zynq / UltraScale+) under an RTOS or bare metal
* Bring up new boards: low-level drivers, BSP, bootloader and embedded Linux kernel adaptation
* Implement and integrate communication interfaces and protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, RS-422/485, Ethernet, TCP/IP)
* Work closely with hardware, FPGA and RF engineers to define and debug HW/SW interfaces
* Debug in the lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and JTAG debuggers
* Implement and optimize signal-processing and control algorithms on embedded targets
* Build PC-side test, simulation and automation tools (Python, C#)
* Own modules end to end: requirements, design, documentation, integration, testing and field trials Requirements

* 5+ years of hands-on real-time embedded software development
* Strong C and C++ on ARM microcontrollers or SoCs

* Proven board bring-up and low-level driver/BSP experience, including lab debugging with a scope and logic analyzer

* Professional working English (reading and writing technical documents)

5+ years of experience in emulation engineering within the semiconductor industry
Extensive hands-on experience with Veloce, Palladium, Zebu, or equivalent emulation platforms
Experienced in design or debug of complex SOC, ARM CPU, fabric and AXI and AHB busses, and interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB etc.)
Strong understanding of RTL design, synthesis, and gate-level implementation
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Tcl

Deep understanding of how machine learning models are mapped to hardware accelerators (NPUs, GPUs, DSPs, or FPGAs)
Deep understanding of how AI models (CNNs, Transformers, RNNs) are mapped onto hardware accelerators (NPUs, DSPs, or FPGAs)
Hands-on experience with AI compiler stacks: MLIR, LLVM, TVM, XLA, or similar
Solid background in systems software, including runtime environments, drivers, and performance-critical software
Experience building up a group of top-tier talent in the competitive AI space

Requirements:

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of managerial experience, including second level management experience (manager of managers).
8+ years of hands on experience as VLSI Engineer, experience across multiple VLSI disciplines (Design, Verification, Physical Design) is highly preferred.
Experience in driving cross functional activities or matrix management.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience presenting to executives and working directly with executive leadership.
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a leading universities.

Preferred Qualifications
Highly beneficial: Hands on experience as System engineer/Post Silicon Engineer.
Experience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product Engineering.
Familiar with both SW release flow and ASIC design flow.
Advantages for few years of hands-on experience in Program Management & Matrix management roles including scripting capabilities.
