Responsibilities
Develop In-Product Feature Communications: Partner closely with Product Managers to write and publish roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements directly in the portal.
Use Docs-as-Code Workflows: Manage documentation source files using GitHub and Markdown, leveraging pull requests and automated pipelines to draft, review, and ship technical content.
Leverage AI to Research & Draft: Use Generative AI tools as a force multiplier to research complex topics, extract context from engineering specs, and draft comprehensive documentation faster without sacrificing accuracy.
Craft In-Product Guidance & Microcopy: Write concise portal page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours to help users navigate features directly within the application.
Optimize Content for AI Retrieval & Search: Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and markdown files so technical content can be effectively ingested and accurately referenced by both internal and customer-facing AI assistants and AI-powered features.
Validate & Maintain Troubleshooting Content: Coordinate directly with Developers, Security Experts, and Support Engineers to maintain accurate troubleshooting guides and technical resources.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a technical writing role documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, and/or developer tools.
STEM degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., software development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, or IT).
Mother-tongue level English with exceptional written communication skills and a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise docs.
The ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and diving into technical resources.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and/or B2B SaaS.
Docs-as-Code Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with tools such as Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and markdown.
Familiarity leveraging GenAI tools & AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.
