Hands-On Program Management
Act as an owner for key initiatives, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and performance monitoring. Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the underwriting flow to drive toward high-automation and speed-to-market.

Uncompromising attention to detail with strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with comfort making trade-offs in ambiguous, complex technical environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of balancing competing priorities from multiple business stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to augment program management workflows and boost execution speed.
A proven ability to thrive in "technical chaos" and create order through structured actionable roadmaps.

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Senior Compliance Operations Analyst to join the Infrastructure & Modernization team - the team that owns our global projects and the automation of compliance operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the operational counterpart for Compliance, Risk, auditors and regulators: you will support audit and regulatory requests end-to-end, scheme registrations and reporting, lead cross-company projects and build the AI-based tools that make all of this faster. This is a role for someone who has sat on either side of an audit - facing external or regulatory auditors, or performing internal audit - who writes clearly, works well with people across the company, and wants to be part of a team rather than a lone expert.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-company compliance operations projects from requirements to hand-over: migrations and new entities, merchant cleanup and offboarding waves, new onboarding flows and policy changes, working with Compliance, Risk, Data, R&D, Finance, Legal and the business.
Design, build and run AI agents and automations for Compliance Operations: define the flow with Product / R&D, test and QA outputs, draw conclusions, feed improvements back, and measure the hours saved.
Represent Compliance Operations towards Compliance leadership, auditors, regulators and card schemes on operational matters, and make recommendations on process and control changes.
Improve processes that touch Compliance Operations in other teams (Sales / RevOps ticket flows and SLAs, onboarding and TM hand-offs, partner communications) through roundtables, training and procedures.
Support compliance with audit and regulatory examinations end-to-end: scope the request with Compliance, coordinate data pulls with Data, build evidence packs and data sets and drive remediation to closure.
Monitor performance through KPI dashboards (SLAs, backlog, volumes) and drive continuous improvement based on the data.
Design, build and run AI agents and automations for Compliance Operations.
A data-driven approach, utilizing insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress and measure performance through KPI dashboards , embrace ongoing improvements framework and support cross-company processes and ad-hoc tasks,
Promote a culture of proactivity, efficiency, innovation and continuous learning within the risk and compliance functions.
דרישות:
Bachelor's degree from a recognised educational/academic institution.
8+ years of experience in Compliance, Compliance Operations, Risk Operations, internal audit, Regulatory Compliance or FinCrime prevention with a strong preference for experience within a global Fintech or other regulated financial company, including at least 3 years in a role with ownership of audits, regulatory deliverables or cross-functional programs.
Hands-on audit experience: you have either worked directly with external / regulatory auditors (preparing evidence, data sets and written responses) or performed internal audit yourself.
5+ years of experience in creating compliance processes and flows, and in leading cross-functional projects to completion.
Proven track record of successfully modernizing, enhancing, automating and documenting complex processes and workflows; hands-on experience with AI / LLM tools (e.g., Claude) and with data tools (Excel / Looker) is a strong advantage.
Comfortable translating operational needs into clear requirements and priorities for technical partners - experience working alongside Product, Data or R&D teams to define, test and roll out process changes or tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with card-scheme rules and programs (Visa / Mastercard registrations, high-risk merchant programs) - An advantage.
Written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences - including formal written correspondence with auditors and card schemes, and drafting procedures# המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Senior Car Insurance Pricing Expert to help shape how we price risk across our global business, from our Tel Aviv office.
This isn't a traditional actuarial role. You'll sit at the intersection of Insurance, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy on our Insurance team, owning hard pricing and risk-management problems end to end. That means finding opportunities, designing better approaches, building scalable tools with technical teams, and turning insights into decisions that move growth, profitability, and risk selection forward.
You might be a trained actuary, a pricing leader, a decision scientist, or a technically strong insurance operator who's built serious pricing capabilities. Formal credentials are a plus, but they're not the point. The point is whether you can use data, insurance intuition, statistical rigor, and AI-enabled tools to solve complex pricing problems better and faster than the industry standard.
We believe three things matter for every role: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll:
Own and evolve core components of our Car pricing strategy, bringing analytical rigor and product-minded creativity to how we price risk
Identify high-leverage opportunities across rating, underwriting, segmentation, risk selection, growth, profitability, and portfolio management
Build, evaluate, and improve Car pricing and risk models using actuarial methods, machine learning, AI-enabled workflows, and strong business judgment
Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Growth to turn pricing ideas into scalable capabilities
Translate complex pricing problems into clear product and platform requirements, helping teams build internal tools that make better decisions faster
Define and track key metrics - loss ratio, rate adequacy, conversion, retention, segmentation lift, and model performance - to keep decisions grounded in real impact
Make complex actuarial and pricing concepts clear and actionable for technical and non-technical audiences alike, and help build pricing acumen across the Tel Aviv team
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Car insurance pricing, actuarial science, decision science, risk analytics, or a closely related field
A proven track record solving complex pricing, underwriting, segmentation, or risk-management problems with measurable business impact
Strong analytical instincts - knowing how to find signal in data, make decisions under uncertainty, and separate elegant analysis from useful analysis
Hands-on fluency with modern analytical tools, agentic AI capabilities, and code - including experience using generative AI, coding agents, or advanced automation to materially improve analytical workflows
Solid understanding of Car insurance pricing fundamentals, including rating plans, loss costs, rate adequacy, segmentation, model validation, telematics and financial performance.
Familiarity with predictive modeling methods such as GLMs, gradient boosting, random forests, clustering, and feature engineering
Experience building or modernizing pricing platforms, rating engines, underwriting tools, or internal decision-support software
Product-minded problem solving: the ability to turn a messy workflow, technical constraint, or business problem into a clear, prioritized path forward - with a track record of partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ship production-grade tools
Strong communication skills - you can explain pricing decisions, tradeoffs, and model outputs clearly
This position is open to all candidates.

22/09/2026
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
We're hiring an AI-First Director of Finance & Compliance to own the financial backbone of a fast-scaling fintech company. Youll lead financial operations, planning, tax, compliance, and reporting - with AI as the operating system, not a layer on top. Every workflow you touch gets rebuilt for speed and leverage. Manual processes are technical debt and your job is to eliminate them. You will also oversee our payment compliance function - KYB/KYC, transaction monitoring, and financial crime risk - ensuring it scales with our growth without adding headcount.

Reporting to the CFO. Hands-on builder. Deeply tech savvy - you configure and adopt tools yourself, you dont wait for someone else to set them up. Startup speed, public-company rigor.

Responsibility

Oversee the books. Manage the external bookkeeping firm handling GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.

Own financial reporting. Build AI-generated reporting pipelines for monthly and quarterly P&L analysis, unaudited quarterly reports, and annual audits - reducing the manual assembly time and making reporting continuously current rather than periodic.

Lead tax compliance for U.S. and Israeli operations. Ensure adherence to all statutory financial requirements.

Own FP&A. AI-driven forecasting, scenario modeling, and cash flow management - not spreadsheet-based. Models update dynamically, scenarios run in minutes, and board packages are generated from live data.

Manage treasury. Cash flow, AP, AR, expenses, capital allocation, and revenue recognition - using AI to automate routine categorization, payment scheduling, and variance alerts so nothing falls through the cracks at scale.

Drive board and investor reporting. Financial packages, KPI dashboards, and investor updates.

Own regulatory compliance. Build and maintain compliance frameworks. Use AI-driven monitoring to flag risks and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Implement internal controls. Design and implement internal controls with AI-assisted monitoring - continuous audit trails, automated exception reporting, and real-time audit readiness rather than point-in-time preparation.

Support capital strategy, including fundraising readiness and strategic financial decisions.

Partner with leadership across Sales, Product, Marketing, Dev and Operations to align financial planning with company goals.

Support pricing and deal structure decisions with financial modeling and margin analysis.
Requirements:
Requirements

Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) plus 4+ years in controller roles at commercial companies, ideally startups, and ideally with 1 promotion.

AI-first operator. You can name the financial workflows you have automated, the tools you implemented, and the time or accuracy gains you measured. Not curious about AI - already using it to outperform.

FP&A strength. Proven ability to build models, forecasts, and board-level reporting from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Deeply tech savvy. You evaluate and implement tools yourself - ERP systems, agentic AI, and accounting platforms. You dont wait for someone else to set them up. High proficiency in Excel is a floor, not a ceiling.

Startup grit. Thrives in ambiguity. Hands-on while building infrastructure around you.

Strong communicator. Translates complex financial topics into clear language for leadership, board, and investors

CPA with Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Dual degrees (Law/Accounting, Accounting/Economics) preferred.
Extra

Tax and multi-jurisdiction experience across U.S. and international operations.

Experience at a Series A through Series C fintech company.

Background in B2B payments, billing, or collections.

Experience supporting a Series B fundraise.
This position is open to all candidates.
