We’re looking for a Frontend and Automation Developer to join our Analytics team. You’ll develop a modern web application and automation tests, collaborating with a multi-skilled team on a complex system. We value developers who embrace an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools to learn faster, improve development and testing workflows, solve problems more effectively, and continuously optimize the way they work. You’ll focus on building new client-side features and automation tests for our web application using React and TypeScript.
?What you’ll do: Be part of a cross-functional, multi-skilled team. Design and implement new functionality for our products. Contribute to building and maintaining our web automation suite. Use AI-assisted development tools as a natural part of your daily engineering workflow. Apply AI to areas such as coding, debugging, testing, code understanding, documentation, research, and problem-solving. Look for opportunities to improve engineering productivity and development processes using AI and automation. Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams. Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions with Product and UX designers to shape the UX/UI according to user needs. Quickly learn and understand the business domain, product, architecture, and development environment. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, AI-assisted software development practices, and industry best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own services end-to-end - from architecture and design to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to turn complex data into impactful product features
Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design discussions, and technical mentorship
