We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team developing the core technologies behind our SmartNIC platform. Your work will directly impact next-generation AI infrastructure, cloud networking, and high-performance data centers used by customers around the world.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the DOCA SDK (Our DOCA Software Framework), enabling developers to build hardware-accelerated, cloud-native networking and security applications. You will also collaborate on the Linux Foundation's DPDK project, helping deliver industry-leading packet processing performance and scalable networking solutions.

What you'll be doing:

Architect, design, and develop next-generation networking acceleration technologies.

Build and enhance core software components for programmable, high-performance pipeline execution.

Develop software abstractions and infrastructure that expose sophisticated platform capabilities in a scalable and maintainable way.

Optimize execution flow, data movement, and software performance across complex features and workloads.

Work closely with architects, customers, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Collaborate across the software stack, including applications, SDK and runtime layers, drivers, Linux kernel, firmware, and hardware teams.

Drive technical decisions and play a role in crafting the build of performant, maintainable software.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide broad technical leadership for BlueField ARM processor platform boot, from early firmware through Linux login. What you'll be doing:

Own the technical strategy and roadmap for BlueField platform boot integration, from early firmware through Linux login.

Set the technical direction for platform boot integration in partnership with the architecture team, experienced domain experts, product teams, and firmware partners.

Lead the most complex cross-layer technical issues and drive technical decisions with architecture and domain experts on reliability, security, performance, recovery, and platform readiness.

Define the operating model for boot integration: interface contracts, qualification criteria, release decisions, technical risk management, and escalation paths across organizations.

Identify and assess emerging technologies, development methods, and tools. Drive adoption where they improve product capability, quality, engineering efficiency, or time to debug.

We are looking for an outstanding Software Performance Engineer for our Linux Drivers group. You'll closely work with our Driver developers, verification teams, and performance architects, gaining a deep understanding of our Networking products and technologies built on top of our ConnectX and BlueField network cards. You will lead feature verification from design through implementation to integration into frameworks, develop robust infrastructure, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What youll be doing:

Work closely with developers to test new components, including crafting and executing unit, functional, and performance tests.

Develop a verification environment and tools to qualify the product from functional and performance perspectives.

Investigate performance-related issues in networking Linux drivers.

Analyze coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress toward product development and releases.

Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.

Incorporate AI mindset and practices in your daily work.

We are looking for an outstanding Software Engineer to join our Video/Multimedia Architecture & Algorithms (A&A) team - the people who build tomorrows NVENC and NVDEC, the dedicated video encode and decode engines that power streaming, cloud gaming, video conferencing and broadcast on every modern our GPU. You will be the software-craftsmanship anchor of a small Software team inside A&A. You will craft and implement the core components developed using C++ alongside Python. These components support our research and product paths. You will raise the engineering bar across the group. You will also guide research code through to the shipping NVENC/NVDEC SDK.


This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week from the office.


What You'll Be Doing:
Work closely with our Architects and Algorithms Engineers to understand the needs and build, implement and/or optimize the most elegant solutions - in modern C++ and Python
Set the bar for what good software means inside A&A: reviewing code, mentoring engineers from non-software backgrounds, and bringing the rest of the group up with you
Implement detailed, focused tweaks into the SDK and the wider video stack. These changes let researchers test new ideas without forking the world. Walk research code through to a shipping NVENC/NVDEC release when needed.
Profile and optimize critical paths in the codec stack; reach for CUDA when CPU-side optimization is not enough
Build and sharpen the small libraries, frameworks and tools the team uses every day, and make sure they are a joy to work with
