We are searching for a Team Manager to lead Cross-Platform Agents Infrastructure team in an agile-oriented environment. leading the journey to design, develop and innovate our EPM Agents.

Working hand-in-hand with architects, product owners, and other teams to build robust solutions.
Requirements: 5+ yearshands-on experience of C++, Rust or Swift development
2+ yearsof experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
Proven participation in the development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
Excellent design and analytical skills; a problem solver with extended troubleshooting capabilities
Capable and courageous enough to deep dive into complex areas in the system, analyze them, suggest solutions, and make necessary changes
Passionate about code design, high-quality code, code reviews, optimizing, and challenging the status quo
Eager to own and maintain code (including Unit Tests and automation tests) and push it to the highest quality and security level
Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies for endpoint applications (Jenkins, Git, Artifactory)
Self-learner, proactive, and highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
Good interpersonal skills, a team player mentality, and fluent English
How will you stand out from the crowd:
Experienced in the cyber industry and in the development of Security Products
Knowledge and understanding of different OSs (Windows , MAC OS, Linux)
Strong familiarity with security principles, standards, and techniques (OWASP, Encryption, Authentication)
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field / Elite intelligence unit alumni.
