Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and C/C++ development
Proven leadership experience: at least 2-3 years leading a small to medium-sized engineering team (technical mentorship and people management)
Deep technical expertise in:
Embedded Linux/RTOS environments
Real-time signal processing and memory management
Developing for heterogeneous architectures (CPU, GPU, MCU)
Familiarity with software architecture principles and Git-based development workflows
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and product needs

Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
10+ years in software development for complex systems (semiconductor or AI infrastructure preferred)
Proven track record leading engineering team delivering complex software platforms
Deep understanding of how machine learning models are mapped to hardware accelerators (NPUs, GPUs, DSPs, or FPGAs)
Deep understanding of how AI models (CNNs, Transformers, RNNs) are mapped onto hardware accelerators (NPUs, DSPs, or FPGAs)
Hands-on experience with AI compiler stacks: MLIR, LLVM, TVM, XLA, or similar
Solid background in systems software, including runtime environments, drivers, and performance-critical software
Experience building up a group of top-tier talent in the competitive AI space

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in backend and frontend development, including at least 4 years in a team leadership role
Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, and TypeScript
3+ years of frontend development experience with React
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Batch, S3, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS, including deployment and automation workflows
Proven experience designing and developing robust RESTful APIs
