We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our security team and lead initiatives across our corporate systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled environments. You will play a critical role in designing practical security controls, driving complex security projects, and fostering a culture of secure innovation as we scale.
What youll do:
Own security initiatives across corporate systems, endpoints, identities, SaaS, cloud, and internal infrastructure.
Design and implement practical security controls that reduce risk without slowing the business.
Own the security review and approval process for AI tools, AI-enabled applications, and autonomous agents across the organization.
Define security requirements and guardrails that enable teams to adopt AI securely.
Evaluate new technologies, integrations, and architectures and provide clear security recommendations.
Lead security projects from assessment and design through implementation and ongoing operation.
Work closely with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps, R&D, Legal, and business teams.
Investigate security issues and drive remediation.
Requirements: Strong security mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
Ability to take an ambiguous security problem, assess the risk, define a solution, and drive implementation.
Good understanding of modern enterprise, SaaS, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
Ability to balance security requirements with business and engineering needs.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Technical skills:
Identity and access management, SSO, MFA, privileged access, and least privilege.
Endpoint security, EDR, device hardening, and endpoint privilege management.
SaaS and cloud security, preferably AWS.
Network security and Zero Trust principles.
Security monitoring, logging, and incident investigation.
Security automation using scripting, APIs, or automation platforms.
Understanding of AI security risks, including data exposure, permissions, integrations, and autonomous agents.
Familiarity with application security and CI/CD security is an advantage.
Experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or a related security role.
Proven experience implementing and operating security controls in production environments.
Proven experience independently leading complex security initiatives across multiple technical teams.
Experience working with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps, or engineering teams.
Experience with SaaS, AI security, or emerging technology assessments is an advantage.
