As the AI Solution Manager you will be the primary technical executor of the organizations AI transformation. This is a critical role within our AI Squad who map opportunities and execute end-to-end solutions that drive a measurable competitive advantage. You are the "hands-on" specialist responsible for the delivery, integration, and adoption of AI tools across all departments. This role requires a high degree of technical literacy regarding infrastructure and integrations, combined with a proven track record in large-scale system implementation.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical rollout of AI tools, from initial configuration and API integrations to cluster management and full-scale production deployment.
Architect and build complex automated workflows that bridge the gap between AI products and internal organizational systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Manage the technical environment requirements for AI tools, including the setup and maintenance of clusters and the coordination of the underlying system architecture.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for departments during the implementation phase, translating business requirements into precise technical configurations and workflows.
Establish performance metrics for implemented tools, monitoring adoption and technical efficiency to ensure maximum organizational impact.

We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our MIS Platform Team and own Workato as a core automation and integration platform. This individual contributor role combines hands-on building with platform ownership, complex integration architecture, governance, and enablement of MIS teams. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to create scalable, reliable, and efficient cross-company workflows.
Job responsibilities
Own Workato as a core MIS platform, driving architecture, standards, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automations using Workato and modern iPaaS and AI-driven platforms.
Configure and maintain Workato integrations across enterprise systems (Legal, Product, Finance, Procurement, GTM, etc.).
Partner with MIS teams and builders to design cross-company integrations and improve existing recipes and processes.
Build monitoring, logging, testing, version control, release, and error-handling mechanisms for reliable operations.
Integrate with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, JWT, API keys, and service accounts.
Produce high-quality documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, technical specifications, runbooks, and platform guidelines.
Translate business needs into scalable solutions, guide best practices, troubleshoot issues, and influence efficient designs.

As an Integrations Specialist at our company, you will work closely with members of Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, QA, Engineering, and Operations teams on integrating Customers Business Systems (ERP, HRIS, and SSO) with the company Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a great customer experience to our users and is well-versed in handling technical delivery.

What will you do?
Work closely with our customers to ensure they are onboarded successfully with their ERP integrations and are on track to having a positive experience with the company spend management platform.
Demonstrate and train the customers team members on new product features and how to successfully position those features for maximum impact.
Support the sales team with demos that are specific to the prospects needs, goals and unique scenarios.
Understand the customers business needs and challenges and how to set up their company Integrations to accomplish their goals.
Work with Cross departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure quality service to our customers.
Record the customers product feedback and provide that feedback to our internal team.
Act as the technical manager for helping existing accounts with questions or problems, work with internal technical resources to reflect on the problem and make sure a resolution from a technical perspective is provided.
