We are looking for
For our C4I and Cyber division in Netanya, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a groundbreaking Command & Control (C4I) project. This is an opportunity to take part in shaping the next generation of advanced defense systems, working in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced and highly impactful environment.
You will lead the definition, management and development of an innovative operational system for an Israeli customer, from early concept and planning stages through delivery and deployment. In this role you will
Lead the characterization, management and development of a next-generation defense system in a multidisciplinary environment
Work as part of an experienced and diverse system engineering team
Lead cross-functional processes involving product requirements, software design and integration of broad system capabilities in an on-prem based solution
Lead Agile development processes from requirements definition through customer delivery, including matrix management of software and QA teams
Integrate best-practice solutions from the commercial world to support innovation and technological advancement
Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into engineering workflows and product features
Lead and support deployment process improvements and scalable secure architecture solutions
Work closely with engineering customers and
operational end users as part of an IPT environment.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the company departments and team leaders
Daily work with Developers & Designers
Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance
Responsibility for translating customer demands to actionable feedback for R&D while tracking overall quality, performance and maintainability

We are looking for an MLOps Team Leadto drive the development of an internal machine learning platform for a group of ML teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide a small team of MLOps engineers that builds the automation and infrastructure powering our research (R&D) workflows and runs our pipelines to production. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives and drive the team toward critical infrastructure and model-lifecycle milestones, while staying close enough to the code to set technical direction and raise the bar by example.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the models and data pipelines behind our data science workflows, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of the data used for training and inference, working across structured and unstructured data from many sources on a large-scale, distributed platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of MLOps engineers, owning delivery and technical quality.

- Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across the LMM group, from design through production.

- Stay hands-on: contribute to design and code, review work, and set engineering standards.

- Drive the team through critical milestones in ML model-lifecycle and infrastructure ownership.

- Partner with R&D and other stakeholders to translate research needs into robust, scalable systems.

- Help evolve the platform, including our ongoing migration from Dask to Ray.
