Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dedicated development team.
Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture.
Solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.
Requirements: At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams.
Strong business and product understanding.
Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments.
Experience with Backend Development.
Experience leading teams using Generative AI and spec-Driven development across the full SDLC, including AI- assisted DEV and agentic coding workflows.
Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Java Spring - Advantage.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
