Responsibilities
Lead and Manage the Development Department
Provide overall leadership for the development organization, including software engineers and QA professionals.
Directly manage a team of approximately 8-9 employees.
Define and execute the departments strategy, roadmap, and operational plans.

Requirements: Significant management experience leading development departments or business units, not just development teams.
Proven track record in building strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for software organizations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational change and cross-functional initiatives.
Extensive background in software development and a deep understanding of modern development environments.
Experience working with executive stakeholders, business teams, and customers.
Hands-on experience implementing and leveraging AI tools within software development organizations - required.
Experience working in PHP -based environments - a strong advantage.
