As our new Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in solving complex problems for our global users, setting the standards for UI components, interaction patterns, and product and visual design. You should have deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to user-centered design principles.
You will take ownership end to end, from research through prototyping to design and usability testing, and partnering with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to oversee people's experience with the product from conception to launch. You will design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.

Responsibilities
Own design for key product areas-from discovery to polished execution

Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalability across complex product surfaces
Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and thoughtful trade-offs
Raise the bar for design quality through feedback, critique, and collaboration
Explore and integrate AI into product experiences and internal design workflows where it meaningfully improves outcomes

Responsibilities
Own the design direction - Lead the design vision for the divisions products. Youre not executing someone elses spec - youre shaping what these products look and feel like from the ground up.
