Responsibilities
Hands-on end-to-end development of core features across the stack (backend, frontend, cloud services).
Work in a cloud-native environment (Azure) and microservices architecture, writing high-quality, maintainable code
Build robust APIs and UI components from design to full implementation
Improve developer experience (DX), test automation, system architecture, and infrastructure
Participate in peer code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Own technical challenges around scalability, performance, and secure data flows as the product and user base grow
Engage with emerging areas like AI usage patterns, anomaly detection, API protection, and identity security.

The Job:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling Grip Securitys core systems and features. You will take ownership of a new and developing product, working end-to-end from architecture through implementation to delivery.
Youll design and develop scalable backend services, build full-stack product features, and integrate with diverse external APIs. Your work will directly impact system reliability, scalability, and performance. Youll collaborate closely with Product, QA, Design, and DevOps teams in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment where data and innovation guide every decision.

We seek a highly skilled, motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer II to join the Customer Experience Offerings (CXO) team. This team delivers and scales our core offerings and agentic experiences, creating smart automation for customers to confidently understand, configure, and optimize their journey.
Part of the Customer Experience group, this high-impact, hands-on role involves working across the full application stack-frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js, TypeScript), data pipelines, and platform development.
