Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company objectives.
* Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
* Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
* Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
* Analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
* Proven experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data -driven decision making.
* Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
