Were looking for a creative, strategic Creative Director to define and lead the visual foundation of LTX from end to end. This role focuses on building a clear, scalable visual language for the company and ensuring it is consistently reflected across product, brand, research, and storytelling.

Youll operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with product, research, engineering, marketing, and leadership. A key responsibility is shaping the visual identity of the LTX-2 model, how it is experienced and represented across developers, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design craft with systems thinking and technical curiosity - someone who can turn complex AI concepts into a clear, cohesive, and inspiring visual identity that evolves with the company.

What you will be doing
Define and scale LTXs visual language, including brand principles, design systems, and guidelines across teams and products
Own and evolve the visual identity of LTX-2 across product interfaces, demos, documentation, partnerships, and storytelling
Lead creative direction across product, brand, research communication, and marketing, ensuring clarity and consistency
Collaborate closely with product, research, engineering, and marketing to embed visual thinking into how the company operates
Translate complex AI technologies into compelling and accessible visual narratives
Stay hands-on: design, prototype, and refine key assets while setting a high standard for execution
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, while enabling non-design teams through clear frameworks and guidelines
Partner with leadership to align visual identity with long-term strategy, positioning, and growth

This is a brand design role. The right person has strong brand thinking, visual systems experience, and design execution skills - with web design (including Webflow) as a complementary skill.

You'll work across Marketing, Product, BizDev, HR, and leadership, turning business needs into high-quality visual output. You'll own projects end-to-end, communicate directly with stakeholders, and help shape how looks and feels across touchpoints.

What you will be doing
Lead brand design projects from concept to execution
Define and evolve visual language across company touchpoints
Create visual assets for presentations, internal and external materials, and strategic initiatives
Design and maintain web pages - career site, company pages, landing pages
Build and contribute to brand guidelines, visual systems, and iconography
Present work and rationale clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership

Youll play a key role in shaping the tone, style, and visual language of LTX Studios product assets, making sure every asset feels polished, clear, and aligned with the product experience. This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong visual taste, sharp motion skills, and the ability to turn product needs into compelling creative.

Youll collaborate closely with Product Design, Brand, and Product teams to help define how LTX Studio looks, feels, and communicates to users and partners.

What you will be doing
Design high-quality visual and motion assets for LTX Studio
Create in-product assets such as banners, pop-ups, and visual components
Produce motion design assets using Adobe tools, especially After Effects
Support product demos and partner presentations with compelling visuals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Brand, and Product teams
Maintain a strong visual identity and high design quality across all assets
Iterate quickly as the product evolves and new needs emerge
