our company is looking for a sharp, deeply curious Business Operations & Strategy Lead to join our Strategy team. This is a high-impact role at the center of how we understand our market, sharpen our competitive edge, and take our products to the world.
You'll be creating the materials that impact our thinking at the highest level. You will connect in-depth research on what's happening in the video and digital media ecosystem with how our GTM, Sales, CS, and Product teams respond to it. This includes crafting strategic materials and executive-level decks, producing market intelligence reports, competitive landscape analyses and battle cards, identifying market trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating these insights into clear internal enablement and communication.
You will also shape our narrative and collateral based on unique positioning insights, partner closely with Product and commercial teams to flag market shifts, and deliver business impact analyses and projections that help guide strategic decision-making across the company.
We're looking for someone who gets energized by new challenges-someone driven, independent, collaborative, and equally comfortable diving into the details as thinking at 30,000 feet.
Requirements: What We're Looking For:
5-8 years in business, strategy, consulting, GTM, marketing, product or adjacent realms.
Experience at a video technology, digital media, AdTech companies, or the publisher ecosystem is a **strong advantage**
Analytical and creative: you go deep, verify your sources, and produce work that people trust
Exceptional deck and materials craft. You take pride in the quality of your output and can produce client-facing materials independently
Confident communicator who can lead a room. You run enablement sessions, not just send reports
Strong writer with a sharp, strategic point of view
Executor: as comfortable in the weeds as you are at 30,000 feet
AI-fluent and AI-critical: you use modern tools to move fast, but know when not to trust them and when they need editing
Self-directed: you figure things out without being micro-managed
