We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the execution, roadmap and cross functional alignment of the Meeting Insights product.
This role blends product leadership with hands-on ownership of execution, customer value, usability, and delivery quality. The Lead Product Manager will report to the MIA Senior Product Manager and work closely with R&D to shape the product roadmap and evolution. The role also works across Customer Success, Support, and Operations to scale enterprise SaaS capabilities and drive business growth.
This role requires strong execution, solid business judgment, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead complex product initiatives across global teams.
Responsibilities:
Own the product execution plan, roadmap, and prioritization for Meeting Insights. Be part of the leadership team that sets the vision and strategy for Meeting Insights.
Define product requirements, use cases, feature scope, and business priorities
Lead cross functional execution processes with R&D, architecture, QA, Product Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams
Ensure product delivery milestones are achieved with high quality standards and execution discipline
Monitor customer adoption, product usage metrics, feedback trends, and business impact to support roadmap decisions and continuous improvement
Support strategic customers, enterprise opportunities, and vertical specific initiatives
Serve as a key product knowledge leader and trusted cross functional stakeholder
Lead customer discovery activities, usability validation, and user experience feedback processes
Requirements: 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS applications or B2B software environments. Bachelors degree in a relevant or technical field
Proven experience leading product strategy, roadmap, and end to end execution of SaaS products
Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, scalability, privacy, and security considerations
Strong understanding of enterprise customer workflows, business processes, and customer driven product development
Strong ability to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Experience with AI based applications, conversational AI, meeting intelligence solutions, or productivity platforms is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and globally distributed environment
Fluent English, written and spoken
