We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join the External Risk Management (ERM) product group at our company.
As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive workflows that help security teams quickly understand risks and take action.
You will work closely with Product Managers, R&D, Security Researchers, and Customer-facing teams to translate complex cybersecurity data into clear, actionable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for ERM and Threat Intelligence products.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts and data into intuitive dashboards, workflows, and visualizations.
Work closely with Product Managers and engineers to define UX for new capabilities and features.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct UX research and usability testing with internal users and customers when needed.
Improve usability of SOC / analyst workflows for investigating risks, alerts, and exposures.
Ensure designs align with our company design system and product consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, QA, and Sales Engineers.
Support rapid iteration and feedback cycles during product development.
Requirements: Must Have
3-5 years of experience as a UX / Product Designer
Experience designing complex SaaS or data-heavy platforms
Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts into clear, usable experiences
End-to-end design ownership - from research through wireframes, prototyping, and delivery
Proficiency in Figma. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Figma Make)
Design systems thinking - ability to build and maintain scalable component systems
Collaboration with product and engineering teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous product environment
Nice to Have
Experience designing cybersecurity, enterprise security, or analyst-facing tools
Experience with data visualization or information-dense dashboards
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, user research tools, or product analytics platforms.
