In this role, youll collaborate with international banks and asset managers overseeing our companys fixed income portfolio. Youll take ownership of global liquidity management Cash Flow and Banking relationships across the world. Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join the Financial Derivatives team within the Financial Advisory Services Department.+ The team provides economic and valuation advisory services related to derivatives and complex financial instruments, including:
* OTC derivatives and structured products
* Valuation of options and equity instruments
* Valuation of various financial instruments and derivatives, including a wide range of debt instruments and complex equity?linked instruments, using advanced valuation models such as the Merton model, binomial models, Monte Carlo simulations, and other methodologies
* Performing synthetic credit ratings for public and private companies for the purpose of debt instrument valuation
* Valuation of financial instruments within complex capital structures using methodologies such as OPM, PWERM, and additional approaches
* All engagements are conducted in accordance with accepted valuation methodologies and in compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP). Responsibilities The role includes:
* Gaining a strong understanding of all areas of the team’s activities, including accepted valuation methodologies, relevant accounting standards, and prevailing market practices
* Building, maintaining, and analyzing complex financial models in Excel, often in data? and assumption?intensive environments
* Working closely with internal teams and external advisory clients
* Preparing economic opinions and professional reports in both Hebrew and English
* Taking part in the development and implementation of process improvements, including the use of AI solutions and advanced analytical tools
* Ongoing work with leading financial information systems, such as LSEG and additional database

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Mathematics – mandatory
* 1–2 years of experience in relevant fields, such as financial derivatives valuation, options pricing, financial advisory, or a related discipline
* High?level proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with and understand complex financial models
* Strong financial understanding, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
* High level of independence alongside strong teamwork skills, stakeholder management, and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
* Master’s degree specializing in Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or Financial Risk Management – a significant advantage The position is open to all candidates. We currently have an exciting and highly impactful opportunity for an Enterprise Center of Excellence Manager to join our Go to Market organization, owning strategic operations & change management needs for our global marketplace business. This role directly reports to the Director of Market Development of Global Enterprise.
We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to operate our Center of Excellence (CoE) within a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. This role will drive structured change management, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and proactively align regulatory and operational changes (e.g., new licenses, registration processes, KYC/KYB requirements) across the enterprise organization.
The ideal candidate combines regulatory fluency, enterprise SaaS expertise, and strong program leadership to ensure scalable, compliant, and customer-centric growth.
This role will be based in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
What youll do:
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
Translate company strategy into scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance models
Establish and evolve CoE standards, best practices, and performance metrics
Prioritize strategic initiatives based on business value, regulatory impact, and operational feasibility
Design clear ownership models to ensure accountability and alignment
Change Management & Organizational Alignment:
Lead structured change management across enterprise teams
Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and adoption planning
Align Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams on major changes
Drive executive communication and decision-making processes
Regulatory & Operational Alignment:
Proactively coordinate new licenses, regulatory requirements, and registration/KYC updates across teams
Ensure regulatory changes are translated into operational and customer-facing processes
Anticipate downstream impacts and manage cross-functional dependencies
Program Execution & Performance Tracking:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
Experience building scalable processes, governance models, or Centers of Excellence
Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives that include senior leaders
Proactive and self-motivated that can work autonomously
