We are looking for a Software Release Manager to join our team in Israel and lead the delivery of complex software releases across our SaaS solutions.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end release operations, align multiple scrum teams, and ensure software updates are delivered on time and with high quality. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Program Management to optimize release execution, improve delivery processes, and provide clear visibility into release health, risks, and performance.

What youll work on:
* Leading the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple SaaS delivery streams
* Managing the release calendar and coordinating across scrum teams to ensure aligned, conflict-free delivery schedules
* Coaching Scrum Masters and standardizing Agile practices, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and scrum ceremonies
* Defining, tracking, and analyzing delivery KPIs to provide visibility into release health, risks, and post-release performance
* Ensuring high release quality through testing, security, compliance, and production readiness processes
* Identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, risks, and operational bottlenecks
* Managing and optimizing release processes and tools across JIRA, Structure, and CI/CD pipelines
* Driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Release Manager or Program Manager in an Agile environment
* Proven experience managing SaaS software releases; experience with On-Premise releases is a strong advantage
* Expert-level understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
* Hands-on experience with JIRA, EazyBI, and Structure for managing complex delivery portfolios
* Strong ability to define KPIs, analyze project data, and translate it into actionable insights and executive-level reporting
* Ability to collaborate with Scrum Masters and technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery in a high-pressure environment
* Strong experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and release streams
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, and DevOps
* Proven ability to work effectively across global teams, time zones, and cultural backgrounds #LI-SB2
