Senior Product Marketing Manager
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, youll be at the forefront of our customer journey, responsible for driving user engagement and conversion at every touchpoint. This role will oversee optimizing lead nurturing workflows, boosting landing page conversion rates, and refining customer and audience messaging for the marketing and sales teams. Your goal is to ensure that every interaction with our brand is impactful and aligns with our strategic growth objectives. This role involves utilizing managerial experience to lead key marketing functions and includes overseeing the content team and providing strategic guidance.
Your Arena - Know your impact:
Brand Messaging and Website Ownership:
Plan, create, and test messaging that engages users at critical points in their journey, providing value, driving product adoption, and encouraging feature usage.
Partner with product teams to ensure messaging feels integrated and provides a smooth user experience.
Own the website experience for all users.
Sales Enablement:
Create and develop sales enablement materials and assets, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and customer success stories, to support the sales team in reducing friction during the sales process.
Work closely with the sales team to understand and address pain points, equipping them with the right messaging, tools, and data to effectively engage potential customers.
Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure the sales team is confident in communicating product benefits and handling objections.
Competitor Research & Market Analysis:
Conduct regular competitor research to understand product positioning, messaging, and market trends.
Use insights from competitor analysis to inform product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales enablement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on key messaging, positioning, and customer insights.
Support cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives to ensure consistency in customer communications and brand messaging.
Lead Nurturing & Email Workflow Optimization:
Design, optimize, and execute lead nurturing email workflows that drive engagement, improve conversion, and support a seamless sales funnel.
Work with content and design teams to craft compelling email content that resonates with our target audiences.
Ensure top-of-funnel asset engagement and
Landing Page Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Lead initiatives to increase landing page conversions by optimizing messaging, CTAs, layout, and user experience.
Conduct A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and data analysis to refine landing page performance continuously.
Team and Content Management:
Oversee the content team, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Apply managerial experience to guide and develop high-performing marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on email marketing, CRO, and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot).
Experience with in-app messaging tools and understanding of best practices for user engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling and concise messaging.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, with a focus on leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Experience using and working within Figma
Experience managing content teams, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with overall brand strategy.
