what you'll be doing:
lead engineering engagement with strategic and critical suppliers for new product introductions (npi) and ongoing production, identify potential risks, critical parameters, and areas for optimization
define and implement clear monitoring and documentation requirements for key process steps to ensure consistency and quality
establish comprehensive quality criteria and outgoing quality control (oqc) procedures at suppliers prior to shipment
monitor and analyze supplier yield data, production metrics, and quality performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions
collaborate closely with internal nvidia engineering teams (design, product, reliability, quality) to ensure supplier capabilities align with product requirements
drive continuous improvement initiatives at suppliers to enhance process control, yield, and overall product quality
conduct supplier technical audits and provide mentorship on standard processes in manufacturing and quality control
act as the primary technical interface between nvidia and strategic suppliers, resolving complex engineering challenges

accomplishing robust and efficient manufacturing for builds at suppliers in the areas of thermal and mechanical components, from npi stage to mass production.
ensuring supplier readiness from the first build with mature manufacturing lines, tooling readiness, and stabilized yields.
confirming that new suppliers and technologies for thermal and mechanical parts adhere to nvidia specifications.
managing the manufacturing process at suppliers for thermal and mechanical components from development to mass production readiness.
coordinating dfm from the early design stage to closure.
analyzing building and manufacturing risks.
ensuring manufacturing line readiness, including tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, and automation.
taking responsibility for component maturity, including yield and quality issues, and resolving manufacturing concerns.
collaborating on supplier technology roadmaps to ensure they support nvidia requirements.
driving suppliers towards outstanding engineering readiness and management.

our networking product engineering team is looking for an excellent TEST development engineer. the position requires an understanding of both hw and sw to provide stable, efficient, and smoothly running production tests that enable high availability while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers.
what youll be doing:
design and develop automated tests for networking switches and dpu adapters while working closely with the hw, asic, and sw engineering teams to achieve reliable tests with high coverage.
be exposed to various aspects of design, dft, and TEST of nvidia's next-generation network products.
