We are looking for a motivated and curious Legal Counsel to join our global legal team headquarters in Airport City. The role offers a hybrid work model and a strong focus on corporate and governance matters, alongside meaningful exposure to commercial and business-oriented legal work.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will take an active and hands-on role in a broad range of corporate and business-facing legal activities, including:
Acting as a key legal partner to the Boards of Directors and Committees, including preparation, review, and ongoing governance support
Advising internal stakeholders in Israel and globally on corporate, governance and financing matters, while working closely with finance and business teams
Taking ownership in shaping and implementing global corporate governance policies and practices
Supporting, implementing, and monitoring compliance with Israeli and Chinese securities and corporate law requirements
Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating filings and disclosures with the Israeli and Chinese stock exchanges
Providing day‑to‑day legal support to business teams on commercial and cross‑functional matters, under the supervision of senior lawyers.
Requirements: Certified Israeli lawyer
4-6 years of experience in corporate, capital markets, or corporate secretarial work, in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Proven experience in corporate and securities law for publicly traded companies (preferably Israeli), with a strong and demonstrated background in commercial and business-oriented legal work
Solid foundation in domestic corporate and securities law, with a genuine interest in developing commercial and business-oriented legal skills
Hands-on experience in preparing periodic and immediate reports, and managing ongoing compliance with securities regulations
Experience preparing materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including attending meetings and managing corporate governance processes
Strong analytical skills, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset and the ability to lead workstreams independently
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work well as part of a global legal team
Full professional fluency in English and Hebrew, written and spoken
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment
Business mindset and financial understanding, an advantage
Experience working with global or industrial companies, an advantage
Comfortable using approved AI tools in legal work and integrating them into daily practice
