Required Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program manager is the execution position responsible for driving cross‑functional programs that enhance reliability, performance, and lifecycle health of the global iTero scanner fleet.
This role translates strategy into action, ensuring that operational priorities, quality improvements, customer experience enhancements, and sustainability plans are executed with precision and accountability.
You will orchestrate execution across Operations, R&D, Product, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, and regional teams to deliver measurable improvements in uptime, reliability, service efficiency, and overall installed base performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive effective communication across business and function teams
Drive program planning and multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution
Work with the Business Team and program leadership team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features
Work closely with Product Management team in order to drive product direction
Work closely with the Program R&D lead to sync and deliver solution to existing issues or NPIs.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline
At least 6 years of Project/Program Management experience or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in program leadership in development environment
Proven execution skills at meeting project goals with desired quality, performance, schedule & budget
Proven program management, and planning processes skills
Analytical mindset and experience working with performance, quality, or operations data.
Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent knowledge in SW releases, program management and planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle.
