We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Platform Core team. As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the future of our product used by thousands of users. In this role, youll drive the design of core product experiences from concept to execution, solving complex design problems. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, elevate the user experience, and ensure cohesive, high-quality design across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from early discovery and user research to high-fidelity design and final implementation.
Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions that deliver real value to our users.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other partners to shape product strategy and define the user experience.
Use data, research, and empathy to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on features.
Create and maintain high-quality design deliverables in Figma, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the product.
Advocate for design excellence and consistency across the product, ensuring high visual and interaction quality.
Support other designers through feedback and collaboration, contributing to a strong, inclusive design culture that empowers others.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
4+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to a variety of audiences.
Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
