Were looking for an experienced Engineering Group Manager to join our growing R&D organization in Tel Aviv. In this role, youll lead and scale a group of teams responsible for the heart of AI platform, including our AI team, Chat AI product team, and Incubation team. A major focus of this role is to lead and grow the Data Science team, including machine learning research, ML model development, and MLOps practices to ensure production-ready, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping and executing our technical vision, driving the evolution of our conversational AI and voice solutions, and building a strong, high-performing engineering organization. This role reports to the CPTO.

Responsibilities
Lead, scale, and mentor an engineering group of 15-20 engineers, delivering complex, AI-driven products at scale.
Manage two Team Leads and provide direct leadership to specialized teams, including the AI team and Data Science team, working closely with a dedicated AI Architect.
Partner closely with the CTO to translate technical vision into execution and ensure strong alignment across teams.
Collaborate deeply with Product Managers to define and execute the roadmap for core AI engine and chat experiences.
Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, including model design, evaluation, optimization, and production integration.
Drive continuous improvement of R&D processes, structure, and engineering culture to support rapid growth and high-throughput environments.
Foster technical excellence, mentor future leaders, and build a strong leadership pipeline within .
Own cross-functional collaboration, ensuring strong synchronization between your group and other departments across the company.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage a talented team of full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on and technically involved in building our core SaaS security platform.
You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, guiding them in design, development, and delivery of complex projects.
Drive the architecture and implementation of data-centric applications using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Lead a fast-moving development team, ensuring strong execution and teamwork in a dynamic environment
Collaborate with QA, Product, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and foster a high-quality engineering culture.

Own full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and monitoring in production.

We are looking for a Group Lead to architect our System Verification & Simulation efforts. This is not a traditional QA role. We are seeking a veteran Software Engineer or Systems Architect to build the "adversarial" distributed system that pushes our platform to its theoretical limits.
Your mandate is twofold:
Build a validation platform capable of simulating massive-scale AI workloads.
Transform the group into an AI-native engineering force. You will leverage Generative AI and LLMs to multiply engineering velocity, automate complex scenario generation, and achieve 1000x the coverage of traditional teams.
What You Will Build & Lead:
Engineering, Not Scripting: You will lead a team of 20+ engineers who write production-grade code (Python, Go, C++) to create a validation ecosystem.
Your team operates with the same rigorous code reviews, design docs, and architectural standards as the Core Kernel team.
Lead the AI-Native Transformation: You will pioneer the integration of AI agents and LLMs into the engineering workflow. This means using AI for synthetic workload generation, automated root-cause analysis of crash dumps, and intelligent test code generation, making your team an ultra-productive powerhouse.
Architecting "The Breaker": Design and build a massive-scale distributed validation framework. You will focus on orchestrating millions of concurrent IO operations to hunt down race conditions, memory leaks, and network partition behaviors that only appear at extreme scale.
Simulation & Chaos: Evolve our infrastructure to simulate real-world entropy. You will champion the development of tools that inject latency, packet loss, and hardware failures into the cluster to prove resilience (Chaos Engineering).
Deep-System Telemetry: Move beyond "Pass/Fail." You will build the observability pipelines that track P99 latency, jitter, and recovery times, providing deep feedback loops to the Core team on architectural bottlenecks.
