Based in our Tel Aviv office, this newly created role will oversee the work of our Operations team in the Middle East to ensure our current and future customers have a seamless experience with our company. With our business continuing to expand globally and our Middle East client base scaling rapidly, the Operations Manager will have the opportunity to build something exceptional.
Through optimising current operations processes and implementing new ones, the ultimate goal of this function is to ensure that we provide an excellent customer experience, while ensuring that our company remains compliant as a regulated financial services institution.
What Youll Do
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance our customer experience, including product launches and client go-live processes
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment
Manage and optimise critical daily compliance operations, including transaction monitoring, KYC, and name screening
Work with Compliance to translate emerging regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes and requirements
Collaborate with Product to drive operational efficiencies through internal product improvements
Monitor regional payment and treasury operations, including the safeguarding of customer funds
Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve customer experience and drive efficiency.

What Youll Bring
6+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fast-growing fintech, startup environments, or top-tier consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proven experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our growing engineering team and help shape the future of AI security. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive the development and execution of our technical vision, ensuring that our platform continues to scale and innovate. You will not only oversee ongoing engineering operations but also play a pivotal role in building and structuring the engineering organization from the ground up, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing best practices. Additionally, you will take ownership of the core aspects of our companys product, driving the technical strategy and innovation required to develop and enhance its foundational capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers to maximize their potential and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with our companys business goals, focusing on scalability, reliability, and innovation.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while adhering to best practices in architecture and coding.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business and product priorities.
Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and tools to increase team efficiency and ensure code quality.
Drive technical initiatives and innovations, staying up to date with industry trends and integrating relevant new technologies into our companys technology stack.
Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet company objectives and deliverables.
Act as a technical advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on technological expertise.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years managing engineering managers and leading multiple teams.
Experience working in cybersecurity companies and products.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a startup or fast-growing environment, with experience in scaling teams and systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience in software development and architecture design, with a solid technical background in relevant programming languages and technologies used at our company.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
