we are looking for a GTM Engineer (AI & Automation).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-leverage opportunities to automate manual workflows across Marketing and Sales using LLMs, autonomous agents, and modern API integrations.
Act as a "product manager for internal growth," translating the CEOs strategic vision into functional, AI-powered tools that accelerate pipeline generation.
Design and build custom data pipelines and automations that remove friction for SDR and Marketing teams, allowing them to work smarter and move faster.
Own the entire lifecycle of internal growth tools - from identifying pain points and defining "better" to building, shipping, and iterating on production-level solutions.
Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure AI deployments are scalable, secure, and measurably improve conversion rates.
Establish credibility with internal stakeholders by creating compelling ROI models for new AI-driven processes
Requirements: The "Builder" Mentality is a must!
1 - 2 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
You have a working knowledge of database usage and security best practices.
Deep, hands-on experience applying AI and APIs to solve business problems.
You should be fluent in modern tools like Claude code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, or Glean.
You possess the ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages; however, the specific programming language is less important than your ability to solve problems.
Familiarity with modern GTM stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, Pocus, or similar platforms.
A self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in environments where they get to own the end-to-end workstream and report directly to executive leadership.
Exceptional ability to adapt your communication style to both technical internal teams and non-technical stakeholders
