About the Role:
As a Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the products user experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys shaping complex, data-driven products from concept to production.
Youll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive experiences across web and mobile, with direct impact on how businesses and end users interact with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

As our new Senior Product Designer , you will be instrumental in solving complex problems for our global users, setting the standards for UI components, interaction patterns, and product and visual design. You should have deep empathy for users and a strong commitment to user-centered design principles.

You will take ownership end to end, from research through prototyping to design and usability testing, and partnering with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to oversee people's experience with the product from conception to launch. You will design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.

As an Experienced Product Designer (UX & UI) in the Base44 team, youll play a central role in shaping and evolving Base44s core product experience and design foundations.
Own the functional and visual design of your product.

Your role: building AI-powered, human-centered experiences
You own the design of AI-powered features and end-user experiences across our products, with a focus on usability, clarity, and impact.
You use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Figma Make, Cursor, Bolt, Loveable.ai, Base44 and more) as part of your daily creative process - from ideation and wireframing to content generation and design optimization.
You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data or ML teams to create smart, intuitive, and accessible interfaces that are built on AI capabilities.
You translate PRDs and GenAI feature specs into experiences that feel simple, safe, and empowering - even when the underlying tech is complex
You push boundaries - actively experimenting with what AI can enable in product design, both in terms of user experience and your own internal workflows.

As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation, to tweaking pixels right before launch. Responsibilities
You will be a strategic member of our Product Design team (part of Product), influencing the design evolution of our products while working closely with Product Managers.

As a Product Designer, you will:

Own the product design of different products and applications
Research and understand users needs/pain points with business vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support them
