Our Algorithm Research & Development team operates at the cutting edge of Cyber over RF (CRF) - a unique and multidisciplinary field that blends signal processing, RF experimentation, physics-based modelling, and cyber research.
We work end-to-end: from early-stage research and concept development, through algorithm design and simulation, all the way to lab prototypes and real-world field testing. Its hands-on, intellectually demanding, and incredibly rewarding.

We have successfully built our core pipeline and are now aggressively onboarding new, diverse customers. This role is highly dynamic, requiring a blend of technical depth, proactive research, and exceptional communication to adapt our platform to real-world customer data and challenges. You will be a critical link between the core product and our clients business success.

Responsibilities

As a key Customer-Facing Data Scientist on the Demand Forecasting team, you will:

Work at the forefront of the data world, focusing on the optimization and deployment of Demand Forecasting models.
Handle complex data science challenges using state-of-the-art techniques relevant to demand forecasting and time series, such as forecasting model ensembling, anomaly detection, feature engineering for trend/seasonality, and causal inference modeling.
Act as a highly communicative partner to our clients, diving deep into their unique datasets to understand the nuances and challenges of their business.
Lead the rigorous testing and application of our core ML pipeline on new customer data, identifying areas where it performs exceptionally well and researching/developing solutions for complex cases where it does not.
Be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business goals and realize the measurable value of Pecans Demand Forecasting module.
Work within a production and product-oriented environment, ensuring models are robust, scalable, and directly integrated into the clients operational workflow.

Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research and experiments in computing and mathematics.
Develop and optimize mathematical algorithms and computations.

You will be part of REM (Road Experience Management) department, which is responsible for the automatic High-Definition map-making process, which is a key technology in autonomous driving and high-end Driving Assistance systems.

Vision-based localization is a key enabler for utilizing and creating the maps. Our group is responsible for aligning the map with the world, and reporting detected changes during the drive. Our technology is safety-critical, and the code has strict time and memory constraints as it operates in real time.
What will your job look like:
Develop and optimize computer vision and deep learning algorithms to accelerate data generation and labeling workflows for autonomous driving
Apply both classical computer vision techniques and modern deep learning methods to solve large-scale data challenges
Collaborate closely with development and annotation teams to enhance automation and ensure high-quality data
Own the entire lifecycle from prototyping to scalable deployment within internal pipelines and tools
Develop tools to evaluate and analyze algorithm performance, robustness, and operational efficiency

We are hiring a Principal Algorithms Solution Architect to lead innovation in algorithm design and system architecture, delivering transformative solutions in graphics, vision, and AI for our next-generation iTero scanners.

We are looking for a talented communication PHY algorithms engineer to join our
growing, highly motivated, and skilled modem research team, to lead and participate in
research of proprietary wireless communication signals and design modulators,
demodulators as part of our counter-drone cyber-based product.
Responsibilities:
Research and analysis of proprietary air interface: algorithm research of sampled wireless signals using MATLAB or Python, to define all radio characteristics including sample rate, modulation scheme, error corrections, spreading techniques and more.
Full modem implementation and simulation in MATLAB or Python.
Guide and support the FW, DSP and FPGA teams for concept implementation and debug.
Analysis and debug of PHY algorithms behavior and performance improvements.
